S.TOUCH product suite and S.TOUCH management system. The specific contents of S.TOUCH are provided by the company to customers according to the actual situation, mainly including registering/entering with mobile phone account number, finding Charging Station, using monitoring technology Remote monitoring to manage charging time and charging method of electric vehicles; It also provides data on charging times and costs, available charging stations in the vicinity to serve users’ charging needs, and other services to be launched in the future.
• Service: is an electric charging service, provided by the Company to Users.
• Service fee: Is the amount of money that the User must pay for using the service provided by the Company, according to the service fee schedule prescribed from time to time.
• Customers: Are individuals and organizations that need to charge and provide charging services under the S.TOUCH brand provided by the Company through the platform.
• User: Is an individual who registers for a S.TOUCH account and uses the service.
• Charging Station: Is the point where the Company’s S.TOUCH charging equipment is installed and made available for the provision of Services through the Platform.
• Successful transaction: Is a charging transaction performed by the User – the Service Fee payment has been completed, and the Plug has been pushed out of the Charging Station, ready for the User to use.
• Intellectual property: Any patent, copyright, industrial design, registered or unregistered design, right in industrial design, trademark, registered or unregistered design or any other intellectual property, including applications to any of the above.
Representations, warranties and commitments
By accessing S.TOUCH and using the Services, Users agree and undertake that:
• All information provided by the User is accurate and will be immediately updated to the company through the platform when there are changes;
• Users will only use the Platform and Services for lawful intentions and purposes;
• Users are required to confirm their understanding of the Company’s service fee regulations through operations when making payments on the platform before using, only if the User agrees to make payment. relevant fees in the prompt before the User can use the service. If the User refuses to make payment, the Company reserves the right not to provide the Services to the User;
• Users will manage and secure their accounts or any identification methods we provide for Users to use the services;

• The User will not remove, alter or obscure the content displayed on the Platform or on the product or on any device provided to the User by the Company;
